The NoSimulation test objective is used to tell the program
            not
to launch a simulation for a particular
test. NoSimulation is an allowed entry in both the Analysis
and Objective columns. This objective can
 be used for multiple purposes:

         - No Simulation is most commonly used to gather information from
previous reports for plotting or to prepare the schematic for a follow-on
	 test.

         - NoSimulation is used in the built-in efficiency testplan to generate
the efficiency curves from previous reports.

         - NoSimulation is also used in the DVM tutorial where the ExtractCurve()
	 function is first introduced.
